Period is light, lasts 5-7 days (was 10 to 12), acne is moderately better...gained 15 pounds, have severe symptoms of PMDD, and the cramps are terrible, plus I get cramps (without bleeding) half-way through the month. Maybe they are Alesse related or not, but I plan on switching to Yaz soon. Great until the fifth pack.
